• Customers must request return authorization before shipping items back.

• Unauthorized returns may be refused.

• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.

• Leona Diamonds Fine Jewelry provides a 12-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in workmanship and materials.

• Covered issues may include:

• Loose prongs caused by manufacturing defects

• Faulty clasps
