WHAT’S THE BEST WAY TO TAKE CARE OF MY JEWELRY?

  1. Clean regularly and correctly
    Clean gold and diamond pieces using warm water, mild dish soap, and a soft-bristled brush. Gently remove oils and residue, then rinse thoroughly and pat dry with a lint-free cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals, ultrasonic cleaners (unless professionally approved), and abrasive materials that can damage settings or dull finishes.

  2. Store pieces separately and securely
    Store each item in a soft pouch or a fabric-lined jewelry box to prevent scratching and tangling. Diamonds can scratch other gemstones and even other diamonds, so separation is particularly important. Keep jewelry away from excessive heat, humidity, and direct sunlight.

  3. Remove jewelry during high-risk activities
    Take off fine jewelry before exercising, swimming, cleaning, or applying lotions and perfumes. Chlorine, household cleaners, and physical impact can weaken gold, loosen prongs, and compromise stone security over time.

These practices will help preserve brilliance, structural integrity, and long-term value.

HOW DO I FIND OUT MY RING SIZE?

Finding your ring size can be done accurately using a few practical methods. The key is to measure under normal conditions and confirm the result before purchasing.

1. Measure a ring you already own
Select a ring that fits comfortably on the intended finger. Measure the inside diameter in millimeters using a ruler or caliper, then compare that measurement to a standard ring size chart. This is one of the most reliable at-home methods.

2. Measure your finger directly
Wrap a thin strip of paper or non-stretch string around the base of your finger, ensuring it is snug but not tight. Mark where the ends meet, then measure the length in millimeters. Use a ring size chart to convert the circumference to your ring size. Avoid measuring when your hands are cold or swollen, as temperature can affect accuracy.

3. Get professionally sized
For the highest level of accuracy—especially for fine jewelry or diamond rings—visit a jeweler for professional sizing. Jewelers use calibrated sizing tools and can account for band width, finger shape, and comfort fit, all of which influence the ideal size.

Additional tips
Measure at the end of the day when fingers are at their largest. If you are between sizes, choose the larger size. Wider bands typically require a slightly larger size for comfort.
